Parking occupancy at the NRW-Day and German Unity Day, Bonn 2011, Germany.

On October, 2-3, 2011, a flight campaign was conducted within the VABENE project of the German Aerospace Center (DLR) in close cooperation with the Bonn policy department. Within this campaign, high resolution aerial imagery using the 3K aerial photo camera have been acquired. In order to improve the traffic monitorring and to provide decision support to the Bonn police department in traffic-related issues, an analysis of the parking occupancy of the relevant parking spaces was conducted.
